Grilled Turkey and Ham Sandwiches |

Turkey and honey mustard dress up the basic ham and cheese melt. This sandwich is also good cold if you're in a hurry or want to pack it to go. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon light mayonnaise |
1 tablespoon honey mustard |
8 (1-ounce) 100% whole-wheat small-slice bread slices |
4 (1-ounce) deli, lower-sodium turkey slices |
4 (1-ounce) deli, lower-sodium baked ham slices |
4 (1/2-ounce) reduced-fat mild cheddar cheese slices |
8 (1/4-inch-thick) tomato slices |

Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl. Spread about 1 teaspoon mayonnaise mixture over 1 side of each bread slice. Top each of 4 bread slices with 1 turkey slice, 1 ham slice, 1 cheese slice, and 2 tomato slices. Top with remaining bread slices. 2. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add sandwiches to pan; cook 3 minutes or until lightly browned. Coat tops of sandwiches with cooking spray. Turn sandwiches over; cook 2 minutes or until cheese melts. 3. Young Chefs can: 4. Stir together mayonnaise and mustard 5. Count out slices of bread, turkey, ham, tomato, and cheese 6. Older Chefs can: 7. Spread mayonnaise mixture on bread 8. Assemble sandwiches 9. Coat sandwiches with cooking spray |
