Grilled Tuna with Herbed Mayonnaise |

Be creative in the kitchen-experiment with a variety of fresh herbs to make up your own herbed mayonnaise. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh oregano |
1 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
4 (6-ounce) tuna steaks (about 1 inch thick) |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill. 3. Sprinkle salt and pepper over steaks. Place steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 3 minutes on each side or until steaks are medium-rare or to desired degree of doneness. To serve, top steaks with mayonnaise mixture. |
