I found this recipe in some new cookware I bought. Prep time includes marinade time of 30 minutes. Ingredients:
1/2 cup fresh squeezed tangerine juice |
1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil |
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley |
1 large garlic clove, minced |
1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon sea salt |
4 (4 ounce) tuna steaks |
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk the tangerine juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, cayenne pepper, parsley, garlic, oregano, pepper, and salt until well blended. 2. Place tuna steaks in bowl and turn to coat. 3. Cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 4. Remove tuna from marinade and discard the remaining marinade. 5. Heat a non-stick fry pan to medium high and cook the tuna steaks for 4 to 6 minutes. Turn and cook for an additional 4 to 6 minutes. |
