Ingredients:
2 plum tomatoes, quartered
cooking spray
1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Prepare grill.
2. Place tomatoes on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Place tomatoes in a bowl; add basil and remaining ingredients, tossing to coat.
