Ingredients:
2 plum tomatoes, quartered |
cooking spray |
1/4 cup small fresh basil leaves |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Place tomatoes on a grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 3 minutes on each side. Place tomatoes in a bowl; add basil and remaining ingredients, tossing to coat. |
