Grilled Tilapia with Bell Peppers and Onion

Grilled fish entree
Ingredients:
2 red bell peppers
2 yellow bell peppers
2 orange bell peppers
1 onion
16 ounces cod
3 tbsp lemon juice
Directions:
1. Dice all peppers and onion.
2. Lightly spray foil grill pan with fat-free spray and spread veggies evenly over tray.
3. Lay fish on top of veggies and pour lemon juice evenly over all.
4. Spritz with fat-free butter spray.
5. Grill on low flame until fish flakes easily with a fork.
