We love Chicken Oreganato and I thought I would try preparing swordfish the same way. It turned out moist and delicious. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish. Use seasonings to-taste. Ingredients:
1 lb swordfish steak |
olive oil |
lawry's seasoned salt |
garlic pepper seasoning |
oregano |
Directions:
1. Brush both sides of swordfish with olive oil. 2. Sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt, garlic pepper and oregano. 3. Grill for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily. |
