Grilled Strawberries With Honey Glaze |

A light, summer dessert. These sweet strawberries would taste wonderful atop a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream. Ingredients:
6 strawberries |
1 1/2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Set grill to med-hot.
2. Mix honey and vanilla in small bowl, set aside.
3. Place strawberries on a piece of foil.
4. Drizzle strawberries with honey-vanilla mixture.
5. Fold foil to create a packet.
6. Grill for approximately 5 minutes.
7. Let cool.
