Ingredients:
1.5 pound(s) boneless beef sirloin, cut 1 inch thick |
3 teaspoon(s) fresh basil, crushed |
4 teaspoon(s) fresh rosemary, crushed |
2 teaspoon(s) garlic paste |
Directions:
1. I like to pound the meat just a bit before starting. This will keep it tender. Then, put fajita seasoning on the steaks and set them aside. (Trim fat off if necessary) 2. Throw the fresh herbs into the small food processor until they are cut up really small. 3. Put the olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, and fresh rosemary in a bowl and make a paste. 4. Put down a piece of foil with the 4 sides rolled up and then put the paste on it thinly spread out. Let that sit on the grill for about 5 minutes. The garlic will begin to cook. 5. Put the steaks right onto the paste. Let them cook until almost done (both sides). Then, toss them directly on the grill for a few seconds to get the nice grill marks. 6. Serve immediately...so have side dishes already ready to go. |
