Grilled Steaks With Blue Cheese |

Delcious marinated sirloin steaks topped with blue cheese. Ingredients:
24 ounces sirloin steaks |
1/3 cup white wine vinegar |
1/3 cup water |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 large onion, sliced |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1 cup blue cheese, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Combine vinegar, water, soysauce, onion, garlic and pepper. Score steaks lightly on both sides and marinate covered in refrigerator, several hours or overnight. 2. Grill steaks on one side for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn and top carefully with blue cheese. Cover and grill another 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness. |
