Grilled squid, but Mexican style. WHAT? you ask...it's something you just need to try. Ingredients:
squid |
one can of rotel original |
cilantro for garnish |
lime for garnish |
Directions:
1. Place cleaned squid into a Ziploc bag along with the contents of the Rotel can. 2. Let marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes but not longer than 6 hours. 3. Grill on high heat for about 5 to 10 minutes. 4. Let cool and cut squid into rings |
