                    A very tender rib. Great for those summer barbecues. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                3 1/3 lbs pork back ribs  |  
                                                1/4 cup packed brown sugar  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1 tablespoon liquid smoke  |  
                                                2 finely chopped garlic cloves  |  
                                                1 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                1 medium onion, sliced  |  
                                                1/2 cup cola  |  
                                                1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. Spray inside of your 6 quart slow cooker with vegetable spray. 2. Remove the inner skin from ribs. 3. In a small mixing bowl, mix brown sugar, pepper, liquid smoke, garlic and salt; rub mixture into ribs. 4. Cut ribs into 4 inch pieces. 5. Place ribs on bottom of slow cooker with onions on top. 6. Pour cola over ribs. 7. Cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until tender. 8. Remove ribs and discard liquid. 9. Place ribs on heated grill. 10. Brush with barbecued sauce. 11. Cover and grill 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 15 minutes.                              |
