sweet asian style steak Ingredients:
2 cups pineapple juice |
3/4 cup soy sauce |
1/2 cup sesame oil |
1/2 cup honey |
3/4 cup wine |
3/4 cup teriyaki sauce |
1 bunch scallion, sliced diagonnaly |
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated |
2 lbs skirt steaks |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bag. Marinate steak overnight. Grill til desired doneness. |
