Stilton cheese stars in this delectable sauce, which provides the perfect topping for grilled steak. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (6 ounces) stilton cheese, crumbled |
1/3 cup light butter, melted |
1/4 cup low-sodium worcestershire sauce |
1 garlic clove, crushed |
2 pounds lean boneless sirloin steak (3 inches thick) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until cheese melts, stirring constantly. Set aside 1/2 cup sauce; keep remaining sauce warm. 3. Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 18 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness, basting often with 1/2 cup sauce. 4.
