easy and yummy Ingredients:
2 pounds peeled and deveind raw shrimp (the bigger the better) |
1 pound thinly sliced bacon |
1 or 2 jalepeno peppers |
bbq sauce (choose your favorite) |
Directions:
1. rinse the peeled raw shrimp thoroughly. cut peppers int thin slivers. place one of the slivers into where the shrimp was deveined and then wrap with a 1/2 slice of bacon. secure in place with a toothpick. 2. preheat the grill (about 400 degrees) If the heat is too low the bacon will not bee cooked and the shrimp will be dry and tough. 3. cook until the bacon is cooked to your liking. 4. Brush a thin coating of your favorite BBQ sauce on them and let it cook for another minute or so. 5. Remove from the grill and serve. 6. If you like them spicy, use a larger sliver of jalepeno. Or leave it off if you don't like it spicy. |
