Grilled Shrimp Caesar Salad

I made this on my George Forman instead of grill.
Ingredients:
1/2 c caesar dressing
1 t lemon juice
1/2 tsp pepper
1 lb uncooked shrimp
6 c torn lettuce
2 c tomato wedges
1 c seasoned croutons
1/4 c shredded parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Mix 2 T of dressing , lemon juice and pepper in a bowl.
2. Add shrimp and toss to coat
3. Grill shrimp 2-3 minutes until turn pink
4. Toss lettuce with tomatoes, croutons, and remaining dressing
5. Top with shrimp
6. Sprinkle with cheese
