Grilled Sesame Asparagus

Toasted sesame seeds and toasted sesame oil give a wonderful flavor to these asparagus
Ingredients:
2tbs soy sauce
2tbs veg oil
2tsp lt. brown sugar
1 garlic clove,minced
1/2tsp grated fresh ginger 1/8tsp red pepper flakes
1lb. asparagus,trimmed
1tbs toasted sesame oil
salt and pepper
1tbs sesame seeds,toasted
Directions:
1. Whisk sou sauce,veg oil,sugar,garlic,ginger and pepper flakes in shallow dish. Add asparagus and toss till well coated. Let marinate at room temperature for 15 mins or up to 1 hour.
2. Remove asparagus from dish(do not discard marinade) and grill over hot fire,turning frequently,until tender and lightly charred,4-8 mins.
3. Add grilled asparagus to dish with reserved marinade. Add sesame oil and toss till asparagus is well coated. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve.
