Ingredients:
1 pound baby cuttlefish, cleaned |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
1/3 cup olive oil |
1/3 dry white wine |
1 large onion, minced |
salt and pepper, to taste |
1 tablespoon parsley, minced |
Directions:
1. Mix cuttlefish, garlic, olive oil, white wine and onion in a bowl. Marinate for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Grill cuttlefish and serve with parsley. |
