Grilled Seafood with Banana-Lime Salsa |

To add extra flavor to the fish, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle lightly with salt, black pepper, and ground cumin before grilling. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lime zest |
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
4 bananas, coarsely chopped |
2 fresh jalapeno chiles, seeded and finely chopped |
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro |
1/8 teaspoon chili powder |
4 (6-ounce) fish steaks or fillets, grilled |
Directions:
1. Combine first 9 ingredients in a medium bowl. Serve over hot grilled fish. |
