Ingredients:
1 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. tarragon
4 cloves garlic, crushed
48 ounces sea scallops
Directions:
1. mix wine, mustard, vinegar, tarragon, oil, garlic. add scallops for 30 minutes. drain scallops, sprinkle with coarse salt and grill until opaque.
