1 cup dry white wine |
1/2 cup white wine vinegar |
1/2 cup olive oil |
2 tsp. dry mustard |
2 tsp. tarragon |
4 cloves garlic, crushed |
48 ounces sea scallops |
Directions:
1. mix wine, mustard, vinegar, tarragon, oil, garlic. add scallops for 30 minutes. drain scallops, sprinkle with coarse salt and grill until opaque. |
