Grilled Salmon with Ginger-Orange Mustard Glaze |

This glaze its great on a few things, ham, chicken and of course salmon. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh orange juice |
1/4 cup tamari or 1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup cream sherry |
1/4 cup dijon mustard |
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, peeled, grated |
2 tablespoons honey |
4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets (about an 1-inch thick) |
to taste green onion, cut into fans |
Directions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. 2. Add salmon to bag; seal and marinate in the refrigerator 30 minutes. 3. Remove salmon from bag, reserving marinade. Prepare grill or broiler by spraying with nonstick cooking spray. 4. Cook 6 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork; basting frequently with reserved marinade. Place remaining marinade in a saucepan; bring to a boil. 5. Serve with salmon; garnish with green onion fans. |
