Grilled Salmon with Garlic Mayonnaise |

Ingredients:
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 clove garlic, minced |
salt and pepper |
2 (7 ounce) salmon fillets |
olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine the first five ingredients in bowl. 2. Brush Salmon with Olive oil. 3. Season with Salt and Pepper. 4. Grill over a hot grill 4 minutes on either side. 5. Serve with Garlic Mayonnaise on the side. |
