Grilled Salmon With Fresh Tomato |

A low-fat protein source, fish is the best component of a healthy diet, with high nutritional value. Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1 large tomato, seeded and cut into cubes |
300 g salmon (2 slices) |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
Directions:
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in pan over a medium fire. Stir-fry tomato lightly for about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove and set aside. 2. Drip the remaining olive oil over the salmon and grill for 3 minutes on one side. Turn over and grill for another 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with salt, top with stir-fried tomato and serve. |
