Ingredients:
16 ounces salmon |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon dried dill |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. In a small bowl, combine oil, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 3. Using a pastry brush, brush salmon with herbed mixture. 4. Cook on barbecue until done (salmon is done when it flakes when tested with a fork.). |
