Grilled Salmon With Chive Sauce Dressing |

This is from the Outdoor channel. Ingredients:
3 -4 salmon fillets, skinned |
1/2 cup mayonnaise |
1/4 cup sour cream |
2 tablespoons chopped chives |
1 tablespoon scallion, minced |
1 tablespoon white wine vinegar |
1/4 teaspoon tarragon |
1 teaspoon anchovy paste |
1 teaspoon kosher salt |
1 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a food processor or blender, blend the ingredients to a smooth the mixture. 2. Generously coat the salmon filets with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and place on a hot grill 6-8 minutes until they’ll turn without sticking. Cook the opposite side for 2- minutes until done. Plate the salmon hot off the grill and serve with the dressing spooned over the top. |
