Grilled Salmon with cajun seasoning
Ingredients:
6 oz salmon, boneless & skinless
2 tsp margarine
1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
1/8 tsp seasoned salt
Directions:
1. Place salmon in glass baking dish.
2. Spread margarine over salmon.
3. Sprinkle lightly with seasoned salt.
4. Sprinkle cajun seasoning to taste.
5. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes (30 minutes if baking whole filet).
