I love the balsamic vinegar as the seasoning on this - so good. Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz. each) |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar (or dark) |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Rinse fish and pat dry. Combine oil, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper in a small bowl; mix well. Spoon about 1 tablespoons oil and vinegar mixture over each fillet. Place fish on an oiled grill about 4 to 6 inches above medium coals. Cook, turning once, about 8 to 10 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 150°F and flakes easily when tested with a fork. Drizzle with remaining oil and vinegar mixture. |
