Salmon on the grill is so delightful. Here is a great marinade that will make it even better!
Ingredients:
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
fresh basil
fresh rosemary
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup sugar
juice from one apple
2 tablespoons kosher salt
Directions:
1. 1. Mix together all ingredients in marinade.
2. 2. Marinate salmon for 3-4 hours.
3. 3. Grill over medium heat.
