Grilled Rosemary Baby Potatoes |

Great side dish for the summer. Ingredients:
1 lb baby white potato |
1 lb baby red potato |
1/4 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons dried rosemary |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes in half. 2. Place in a sealable plastic bag and add rest of ingredients ingredients. 3. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. 4. Preheat barbeque to 300°F. 5. Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy. |
