Grilled Rosemary Baby Potatoes |

From License to Grill, with Rob Rainford. Prep time includes 1 hour to marinate. Ingredients:
1/2 lb baby white potato |
1/2 lb baby red potato |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon dried rosemary |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Slice potatoes in half. Place in a zip-top bag with all other ingredients. Toss to distribute ingredients evenly, then refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate. 2. Preheat grill to 300°F. 3. Place potatoes on grill and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. |
