1. T. olive oil 2. T. fresh lemon juice 3. clove garlic, minced 4. /2 t. Dijon mustard 5. /8 t. Worcestershire sauce 6. /4 t. freshly ground black pepper 7. T. Parmesan 8. Olive oil spray 9. hearts of Romaine lettuce 10. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, garlic, mustard, Worcestershire and pepper. Stir in Parmesan. 11. Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Oil grill's surface. Cut the hearts in half length-wise leaving the end intact so each half holds together. Spray them lightly with oil spray. 12. Grill until grill marks form and the lettuce wilts slightly, about 6 minutes, turning once or twice. Serve drizzled with vinaigrette. |
