                    The marinade is Asian-flavored. Ingredients: 
                    
                        
                                                1/2 cup soy sauce  |  
                                                1/2 cup sliced green onion  |  
                                                1/4 cup packed brown sugar  |  
                                                2 garlic cloves, minced  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon ground ginger  |  
                                                1/2 teaspoon pepper  |  
                                                1/4 teaspoon salt  |  
                                                2 1/2 lbs rib eye steaks  |  
                                                
                     
                    Directions: 
                    
                        
                            
                                1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients. 2. Add the steaks. 3. Seal the bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. 4.
