Grilled Rib Eye Steaks

The marinade is Asian-flavored.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 lbs rib eye steaks
Directions:
1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the first 7 ingredients.
2. Add the steaks.
3. Seal the bag and turn to coat; refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
4. Drain and discard marinade.
5. Grill steaks, uncovered, over medium-hot heat for 8-10 minutes or desired doneness.
