My husband created the best Reuben around! Serve with a dill pickle and Enjoy! Ingredients:
2 slices rye bread |
1 tablespoon russian salad dressing |
1/2 lb smoked meat, shaved |
1/2 cup sauerkraut |
2 slices gouda cheese |
Directions:
1. Heat sauerkraut;drain juice; set aside. 2. Microwave the meat;drain juice; set aside. 3. Toast rye bead. Spread with Russian dressing. 4. Top with warm meat, sauerkraut and cover with swiss cheese. 5. Put under broiler until cheese is melted. |
