Very simple & very tasty. It only takes 10-15 minutes to make, & serves 6. Ingredients:
olive oil |
bacon grease |
3 lbs red snapper |
salt |
white pepper |
paprika |
1/2 cup butter, melted |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
1/2 lemon, juice of |
Directions:
1. Heat large griddle to smoking point. 2. Grease liberally with olive oil & bacon grease. 3. Season & sear fish on both sides, turning carefully. 4. Cook quickly for 3-5 minutes per side. 5. Heat butter, garlic, & lemon juice to bubbling & serve over fish. |
