Directions:

U.S. Metric Conversion chart 3. red bell peppers 4. slice(s) eggplant, 1/2-inch thick 5. tablespoon(s) olive oil, plus more, for grilling 6. tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar 7. tablespoon(s) fresh oregano, chopped 8. /2 cup(s) crumbled feta 9. Salt and pepper 10. - 11. Directions 12. Preheat the grill. Coat peppers and eggplant slices with olive oil. Grill and arrange on a platter. 13.
