Ingredients:
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar |
2 teaspoons olive oil |
3/4 teaspoon greek seasoning |
1 large red onion, cut into 4 (1/2-inch thick) slices |
2 large zucchini, halved lengthwise |
cooking spray |
Directions:
1. Prepare grill. 2. Combine first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Add onion and zucchini, and toss to coat. 3. Place vegetables on grill rack coated with cooking spray; cover and grill 10 to 12 minutes or until vegetables are tender. |
