Ingredients:
1 cup plain yogurt, drained in fine sieve about 30 minutes |
2 tablespoons tahini |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped |
1/4 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 cup mint chiffonade |
salt and freshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately. |
