This is a take on the classic camping fave....try it, you'll like it! Between two evils, I always pick the one I never tried before Mae West Ingredients:
1 poundcake, store-bought or homemade |
butter or margarine |
1 jar of nutella (chocolate-hazelnut cream in a jar in the italian section of the market) |
1 jar of marshmallow cream |
1 bbq grill, some plates and lots of napkins |
Directions:
1. Heat grill to medium 2. Slice poundcake into thick slices (about and inch or so) 3. Lightly butter one side of poundcake slices 4. Place on grill (now lightly butter the side that's up) and leave until nice grill marks appear and turn and grill the other side 5. Place cake slice on a plate 6. Smear on some of the Nuttella and top with a dollop of marshmallow cream 7. Place another grilled cake slice on top and wait a minute or so for the chocolate and marshmallow to soften 8. DEVOUR!!! |
