A different way of preparing pound cake, still just as good with melted butter. Ingredients:
1 poundcake, thawed |
2 tablespoons butter |
sliced strawberry, for topping |
Directions:
1. Thaw and cut pound cake into 1/2 inch slices. 2. Spread butter on each side, and grill each side for about 3 minutes. 3. Slice strawberries, and serve on top of poundcake. |
