This is a very simple side dish.It goes well with ANYTHING Ingredients:
potatoes |
onions |
garlic powder |
montreal steak seasoning |
mushrooms |
butter |
foil |
Directions:
1. Take (2) large pieces of foil and overlap them(crisscrossed style),wash the potatoes,slice them.Cut your onions and mushrooms( you can use canned ). Put a layer of potatoes, onions, m'rooms. Cut little pats of butter and scatter,season.....Start all over again until you have used all the ingredients. Fold the foil (tightly), put on a baking sheet and you can put them on your grill or in the oven. Keep checking as to the bottom ones will get CRISPY,which is ok. Cook until fork tender. Oven temp 350.You can also cook these on the grill.Just keep an eye on them so the bottom ones do not burn.If cooking in the oven put foil on a sheet pan so the butter does not drip all over. |
