This is one of my usual sides that i prepare on the grill or over a campfire! Ingredients:
3-4 medium potatoes |
3 slices crisp-fried bacon, crumbled |
8-oz. american cheese, cubed |
1 med. onion, chopped |
1 cup margarine |
Directions:
1. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. 2. Place on a large sheet heavy-duty aluminum foil. 3. Layer bacon, cheese and onion over potatoes. 4. Dot with margarine. 5. Fold and seal foil tightly. 6. Place on grill over medium coals. 7. Cook for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender, turning occasionally. |
