Ingredients:
8 slice(s) bacon |
4 pound(s) potatoes chopped |
1/2 onion chopped |
2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 1/4 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) paprika |
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder |
1/4 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning |
5 1/2 tablespoon(s) mayo |
2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard |
2 tablespoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
Directions:
1. cook bacon, remove from pan. Add potatoes and dry rub to bacon drippings - toss to coat. Remove potato mixture with a slotted spoon and place on baking sheet in 400 degree oven until tender. Transfer to large bowl and add wet dressing, stir in bacon crumbles and serve warm |
