This is a summer favorite. Cook the potatoes and the bacon in the morning and finish the salad over a glass of wine with your guests. This is delicious with the small new potatoes. Ingredients:
3 lbs potatoes (or more) |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
10 slices bacon |
2 green onions |
1/2 cup caesar salad dressing |
parmesan cheese |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Boil unpeeled potatoes. 2. Drain and cut. 3. Cool. 4. Toss with oil and salt and pepper. 5. Grill in a barbecue basket until golden. 6. Combine all ingredients. 7. Toss. 8. Garnish with Parmesan cheese. |
