4 portabella mushrooms, sliced |
3/4 cup of antipasto artichoke tapenade |
arugula |
roma tomato |
1 cup olive oil |
1/4 cup mustard |
1 teaspoon granulated garlic |
wrap style tortilla |
feta cheese |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Marinade mushrooms in artichoke Tapenade for 10 minutes. Rinse Arugula and slice Roma tomatoes into strips. 2. Add oil, mustard, and garlic in a blender or processor. And blend until mix is thickened. 3. Grill mushrooms in a large skillet over high heat until tender. 4. Spread mustard mix on tortillas and top with mushrooms, tapenade, arugula, and roma tomatoes. 5. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with feta cheese, and wrap. 6. And eat! |
