Grilled Portabella Mushrooms |

A good side dish that goes with almost anything year round. You can double this recipe and serve as a main dish with rice. Enjoy! Ingredients:
4 portabella mushrooms |
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
4 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat and lightly oil grate. 2. Clean mushrooms and remove stems. 3. In a large bowl, combine the red bell pepper, garlic, oil, onion powder, salt and ground black pepper and mix well. 4. Spread mixture over the mushrooms. 5. Grill over indirect heat, or to the side of the hot coals, for 15 to 20 minutes. |
