1 cup olive oil |
1 cup orange juice |
1/4 cup green onion, chopped |
2 teaspoons white pepper |
2 teaspoons salt |
3 (1 lb) pork tenderloin, trimmed |
Directions:
1. Combine 1st 4 ingredients in a large zip-top bag. 2. Add 1 tsp salt and pork to bag. 3. Seal and shake well. 4. Marinate in fridge for 2 hours, turning bag occasionally. 5. Preheat grill. 6. Remove pork from bag and discard marinade. 7. Sprinkle pork evenly w/remaining salt. 8. Place pork on grill rack for 20 minutes. 9. Let stand 10 minutes. 10. Cut into thin slices. 11. or bake pork at 425 for 20 minutes. |
