Grilled Pork Steaks

I came across this while trying to find budget recipes that are also easy and tasty. The times do not include marinating time.
Ingredients:
4 pork steaks, 3/4-inch thick
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
1. Trim as much fat as possible from the pork steaks.
2. Place steaks in a plastic bag.
3. Combine broth, wine, herbs, garlic, and salt.
4. Add to pork, close bag tightly and place in a dish.
5. Marinate in the refrigerator several hours or overnight.
6. Drain pork; reserve marinade.
7. Grill 4 to 6 inches above medium hot coals.
8. Brushing with marinade now and then and turning to coat evenly.
9. In about 30 minutes, the pork should be fully cooked and juicy.
10. Brush with oil and marinade.
11. Serve hot.
