Yum. Ingredients:
2 slices fresh pineapple (3/4 inch) |
2 anaheim chilies |
1 jalapeno chile |
2 slices white onions (1/2 inch) |
1 teaspoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, toss pineapple, anaheim and jalapeno chilies, and onion slices together in the olive oil. 2. Grill until soft and browned, about 10 minutes. 3. Pull tops off chiles. 4. Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender. |
