I came up with this recipe to add the wonderful grilled flavor of foods to a Pineapple Relish Ingredients:
2 cups grilled pineapple, chopped |
1 roasted red pepper, chopped |
1 roasted medium jalapeno, diced |
1 small red onion, diced |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
1 tablespoon minced ginger |
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and let sit 2 or 3 hours. |
