Ingredients:
1 (20 ounce) can pineapple slices
1 tablespoon honey mustard
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
sandwich bun
Directions:
1. Grill or broil the chicken breasts and pineapple slices, brushing occasionally with honey mustard.
2. Serve the chicken on sandwich rolls, topped with pineapple slices and red bell pepper rings.
