Grilled Picnic Taco Natchos |

Easy grilled natchos. Nice way to start a barbecue! Ingredients:
5c tortilla chips |
1c black beans,drained,rinsed and mashed |
1 can chopped green chilis,drained |
2tsp. taco seasoning mix(from 1oz. pkg) |
2 plum tomatoes,chopped |
2 green onions,sliced(2tbs) |
2c fine shredded colby-monteray jack cheese blend |
Directions:
1. Heat gas or charcoal grill. Spray 12x18 foil pan with cooking spray 2. Spread tortilla chips in pan. 3. In medium bowl,mix beans,chilis,and taco seasoning mix;spoon evenly over tortilla chips. Top with tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle with cheeses Cover pan with foil. Place over medium heat on grill. Cover grill and cook 8 to 10 mins. or til cheese melts. Remove foil carefully! |
